A six-week hybrid group coaching programme.

  • Weeks 1–5:

    • Online 90-minute group calls w/breakouts

    • Identify your old story and create a new one

​

  • Week 6:

    • Full day immersion: deep connection, movement, music 

    • Integrate the experience to create lasting change

    10th, 17th, 24th, 31st March and 7th April
