The Work

day1 (3 of 5) reduced_edited_edited.jpg

Stop obsessing over what to do.

Start becoming who you want to be and the rest will take care of itself.

Who Got You Here, Will Not Get You There

I believe the old adage of 'what got you here, won't get you there', doesn't tell the full story.

Yes skills, knowledge and experience are a key tenets of a successful life, but alone they are not enough.

You can possess all the qualifications in the world but if the dominant voice in your head says "you're not enough", they count for nought.

It's only through connecting with, and giving life to, the most confident, loving and trusting sides of you, that you're able to make the most of what life has to offer.

I call these sides, your 'Cast Members' and they're the ones that determine whether life feels like it's happening to you, or for you.

Get the right Cast Members on stage and the nagging doubts, endless questions and constant second-guessing miraculously fade away.

Your tight grip on life loosens as you realise you can't control what happens, only how you interpret it.

That life is a teacher, not a test.

You're in your head less, and in your body more. Instinct - not overthink.

All of a sudden, life feels less about survival, more about joy.

And you're no longer tamed by your past - You're Untamed.

And the world is a damn sight better off as a result!
