Refunds and cancellation policy 

 

Events

An initial 20% refundable deposit can be paid anytime up to 5 months prior to an event. After this point any deposit already paid or subsequently paid will be non refundable. 

Between 5 months and 3 months prior to the event, 50% of the total amount can be paid as a non refundable deposit with 100% being paid no later than 3 months prior to the event. 

If you need to cancel your registration and you have outstanding payments remaining you acknowledge and agree to complete the final payments in accordance with the payment plan indicated. If for some reason you cannot attend the program and need to cancel your spot please contact our office at jim@becomeuntamed.com to notify us.

One On One Coaching, Membership Programs or Masterminds

 

All payments are non-refundable. Programmes are to be paid upfront, in a single payment, unless agreed otherwise. For one on one coaching programmes, the full balance is to be paid at least 30 days prior to the agreed start date.

For Membership programmes, membership is paid one month in advance (eg. pay this month for next). A minimum 1 month’s notice is required in the event you wish to cancel your membership (eg. if you cancel September 1st or Sept 15th, you pay the September fee and your membership finishes October 31). To cancel membership please email jim@becomeuntamed.com to notify me.

Transfer Your Registration

 

Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd will consider a transfer of your current registration to the next event/experience. Eligibility for transfer will be dependent on availability and other factors. If the transfer request is accepted then a transfer fee of 10% GBP will apply. Transfers are available only when the tuition is paid in full. Transfers are not accepted once the program has commenced.

Any credit issued will be valid for a maximum of 12 months.

 

Program Changes

 

Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd reserves the right to reschedule workshops and/or substitute coaches. Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd reserves the right to terminate this contract. Should the contract be terminated, refunds will only be given for the remaining portion of the program that was not completed.

Any credit issued will be valid for a maximum of 12 months.

Digital or Physical Products

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for up to 7 days from the purchase date for a full refund, subject to any specific or limiting terms or conditions on the sales letter from which your purchase originated. Products must be in the condition you received them and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend you return the product using a tracking number. All transactions are conducted in British Pounds (GBP) and no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made.

 

Event Attendance Waiver

By attending an event you agree that you are aware of and accept the following statements:

The information provided in any and all events/coaching sessions is for educational purposes only.

The materials and all information presented in this event, and/or any associated event/coaching session, are designed to provide information on the subject matter covered and are distributed with the express understanding that the author is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, investment or ANY other professional advice. Before making any decisions or taking any action with respect to this or any other information, you should seek the advice of appropriate professionals.

You agree that the event/coaching session you attend, and the materials received, are for information purposes only and that if you take any action as a result of the information contained or learned, that you will first obtain professional or any other appropriate assistance and guidance you require.

You expressly release Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd, Jim Hughes and any agent, employee, representative, partner, director, officer, or affiliate from all liability for any loss or damage, including without limitation to, any loss of profit which may arise directly or indirectly from use of or reliance on such information.

By attending the event/coaching session, you are agreeing to the following:

I have read this document, and understand and agree to the information herein.
If I choose to take action based on any information presented to me, I will seek the advice and direction of the appropriate professional(s) prior to taking any action.
I agree that I will not hold responsible any entity, person, agent or representative associated with this event/coaching session in any way for any actions that I choose to take as a result of any information obtained from this event.
I hereby release Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd. and/or any entity, person, agent or representative associated with this event/coaching session, from any financial losses, property damage or bodily injury that may occur directly or indirectly with this event/coaching session.
I hereby grant full permission to Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd. and/or its assigns or agents to prepare, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and exhibit my name, picture, portrait, likeness, or voice, or any or all of them in or in connection with the production of a motion picture film, television tape or film recording, soundtrack recording, computer or network distributed computer file, or still photography in any manner for educations, treatment, scientific, publication, informational and any other professions purpose deemed necessary, and
I hereby waive all rights of privacy or compensation which I may have in connection with the use of my name, picture, portrait, likeness, or voice, or any or all of them, in or in connection with said motion picture film, television tape or film recording, soundtrack recording, computer or network distributed computer file, or still photography and any use to which the same or any material therein may be put, applied or adapted by Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd. and any of its agencies, departments or divisions. This consent and waiver will not be made on the basis of a future claim of any kind against Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd. and/or any of its agencies.
I hereby agree that I will not record the audio and/or visual content of this event/coaching session for my own personal use or with the intent to distribute. I acknowledge that the content and recordings of this event/coaching session are the property of Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd.

Privacy Policy 

Untamed Entrepreneurs Ltd (the “Company”) respects the privacy concerns of the users of its website, www.theuntamed.com, and the services provided therein (the “Site”). The Company thus provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.

Call Recordings

Calls using Zoom may be recorded for the purposes of record keeping and training. If you would like recording to be stopped at any time, please advise.

 

Use of Information: 

 

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company’s internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience. Upon visiting this site, third parties (such as AdRoll) may place cookies on their browsers for targeted advertising purposes.

The Site’s various mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may request that you give us contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information such as your preferred software and interests. Information submitted at the time of submission will be used by the Company only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including without limitation the improvement of our products, services and the contents of the Site. The Company may also share such information with our business and promotional partners to further those interests. Personally, identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our company and products. You may always opt-out of receiving future mailings as provided below. The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorised by a user.

The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company’s rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

Children Age 13 and Under:

 

The Company recognises the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children age 13 and under. AS SUCH, IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has signed up on the Site or provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.

The Company nonetheless encourages parents to go online with their children. Here are a few tips to help make a child’s online experience safer:

  1. Teach children never to give personal information, unless supervised by a parent or responsible adult. Includes name, address, phone, school, etc.

  2. Know the sites your children are visiting and which sites are appropriate.

  3. Look for Website privacy policies. Know how your child’s information is treated.

Bulletin Boards and Chat Areas: Guests of the Site are solely responsible for the content of messages they post on the Company’s forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g. user name, e-mail address, phone number) on the bulletin boards or in the chat areas, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. Please take care when using these features.
